Rodzaj zabudowy w pobliżu lotniska w Świdniku na osi pasa startowego (tekst z "aglomeracją lubelską"). Brak informacji, co to jest.
W innym miejscu tekstu jest "gospodarstwo siedliskowe". Możliwe, że to synonimy. O ile widzę na mapie na osi pasa startowego, są tam pojedyncze wiejskie zagrody typu dom + stodoła.

Zgodnie ze moimi własnymi zasadami pytaczowi zasugerowałbym dopytanie autora, lecz termin oddania mam w poniedziałek rano i przekroczenie grozi dożywotnim wykreśleniem z listy u Pani Prodżekt Menedżer ;-(

Kikla słów wyjaśnienia. Termin utworzyłem za Polish Construction Law, C.H. Beck 2005. W Art. 29 czytamy:
The construction permit shall not be required from the construction of:
1) farm structures connected with agricultural production and supplementing the farm buildings within the existing SETTLEMENT PLOT. (tłum. D.M. Bieleccy, prawnicy, specjaliści z zakresu prawa nieruchomości).
"Settlement plot" to działka siedliskowa. Sądzę, że analogicznie można powiedzieć, że zabudowa siedliskowa to po prostu "settlement development". Tyle.
