piece-work contract Explanation: Commission contract może być rozumiane jako umowa prowizyjna i tak w akwizycji ubezpieczeń się nazywa. Także samo nie tłumaczyłabym tego (commission contract) jako umowa-zlecenie - tu raczej już mandate contract. Chyba piece-work contract najlepiej w tym przypadku oddaje charakter zatrudnienia, chociaż w relacjach z twórcami umowę o dzieło nazwałabym jeszcze inaczej. Mam nadzieję, że po harmonizacji naszych przepisów z unijnymi (kiedyż, ach kiedyż?) nasze miotanie się wreszcie ustanie. |
