I guess that this is the place where your tank trucks are filled.
I did a lot of work for an Irish engineering company doing work in Poland. The room where bottles were filled with pharmaceuticals, for example, was called A FILLING AREA by them.
In English it is preferred to use AREA, instead of Polish POMIESZCZENIE, HALA, ETC.
