English translation:cut rag
Explanation:
Znalazłam to w słowniku tytoniowym.

cut rag Tobacco that has been cut into fine strips for use in cigarettes.
Also known as rag.

Before passing to the cigarette making machine, however, some moisture - necessary, we recall, for handling and cutting but too high for a smoking mixture – needs to be removed. The cut tobacco, known as “rag”, passes through driers and then through an air-cooled drum to lower its temperature before storing in a computer controlled container until it has cooled evenly and is in perfect condition for making into cigarettes.

RUBBING OUT: Separating tobacco pieces prior to smoking, by rubbing in the palm of the hand. Must be done with FLAKE or PLUG cut tobaccos

Natural American Spirit introduces the first additive-free, whole leaf, natural rolling tobacco grown entirely in the United States. Consisting of a medium shag cut, which is a finer cut than American Spirit\'s pouch tobaccos, the 100 percent U.S. Grown Blend arrives in a new dark blue 150-gram canister. Accompanying the 100 percent U.S. Grown Blend is American Spirit\'s Original Blend, also a medium shag cut rolling tobacco, that is packaged in a golden yellow 150-gram canister. Both the Original Blend and the 100percent U.S. Grown contain 200 RIZLA+ rolling papers.
