"Unbundling" oznacza , ze Netia uwolniła węzeł w sensie udostępnienia tego węzła także innym operatorom do świadczenia przez nich usług. Rozumiem, że najpierw nastąpiło activation/ implementation węzła w sensie tech przez Netię, a potem jego unbundling.
