Polish term or phrase: baza gastronomiczna i baza towarzysząca
nastąpił gwałtowny wzrost liczby obiektów noclegowych (od 2002 roku systematycznie przybywa od 50 do 60 hotel rocznie), jak również rozwój bazy gastronomicznej i bazy towarzyszącej.

Wiem, że pojawiło się już na stronie tłumaczenie bazy gastronomicznej, jednak żadna propozycja nie bardzo mi pasuje. Mogłoby by być po prostu gastronomy? Natomiast jeśli chodzi o bazę towarzyszącą to kompletnie nie mam pomysłu. Proszę o pomoc.

disagree  Polangmar: Baza gastronomiczna to nie tylko restauracje - również bary, pizzerie, budki z zapiekankami/hot-dogami itp. Na temat drugiego terminu się nie wypowiadam (ale raczej nie o wspieranie/wspomaganie restauracji tu chodzi).

odwaze sie odpowiedziec, gdyz rowniez nie podoba mi sie wersja w glosariuszu (catering?), choc zgodze sie na wymiane facilities na services w pewnych kontekstach

Krytyka Darka zmobilizowala mnie do zweryfikowania mojej odpowiedzi.
"Gastronomia", owszem , moze zostac przetlumaczona jako "gastronomy, lecz tylko w znaczeniu "sztuka kulinarna" - "the art of cooking".(czyli na przyklad na dyplomie kucharza). W znaczeniu dzialalnosci produkcyjno-obslugowej opowiadam sie za "restaurants and catering facilities".
Nie ma chyba mozliwosci zawarcia calej gastronomii w jednym slowie.
Inna mozliwosc jaka przychodzi mi do glowy to "food and beverage services"
Dziekuje Darkowi za zmobilizowanie do poszukiwan :))
