Polish term or phrase: miejsce postojowe
Na szlaku konnym. Za wiele kontekstu nie mam, ale wygląda na to, że jest to miejsce zaplanowane przez zarząd szlaku, gdzie może być jakaś wiata, miejsce do uwiązania konia, etc.

Sometimes it was necessary to let the horses rest over a day at one of these way stations. When they reached the last stopping place on the route, they would travel on next day far enough to pick up a load of whitefish for buyers in Big River and return to that stopping place to spend the first night of the return journey.

For many who ride horses, the prospect of spending a pleasant day out in the fresh air on a scenic trail is one of the highlights of owning and riding horses. And while many trial rides take place on land that is well known to some, it is important to take into consideration other riders and horses that may go along. For those who do not ride on a regular basis, or whose horses may not be well ‘seasoned’ for trail riding, the selection of where your ride will take place is especially important. The ride should be tailored for the abilities of the least capable riders and horses that are expected on the trip — such as very young riders, or older and poorly conditioned horses. Establish the length of time and distance of the ride, again taking into consideration the level of fitness of the horses and riders. This will help determine which trail you will take. Plan a 10-minute rest stop out of each hour on the trail. If you are riding with many others, the rest stop area should be large enough to accommodate all the horses in your group. Lunch stops should have places for tie-outs, and water should be available for the horses.
