Polish term or phrase: faktura VAT
Nie jestem pewna, czy poprawnie tłumaczę ten termin jako "Rechnung mit ausgewiesener MwSt."
Wydaje mi się, że wystarczy "Rechnung", ponieważ to czy do kwoty doliczony jest VAT czy nie w de nie posiada odbicia w nazwie rachunku. Rachunek to rachunek, a czy naliczono w nim VAT czy nie, wnika z jego treści. Mam nadzieję, że nie dzielę włosa na czworo, ale niestety z natury jestem już taka dociekliwa :-)
Ciekawa jestem, jak Wy to widzicie i z góry dziękuję za odpowiedzi.

Wszystkim bardzo dziękuję! Myślę, że można dodać "mit gesondert ausgewiesener...", ale jak rjz słusznie zauważył, jest bardzo długa wersja, dlatego trzeba zważyć co będzie najlepszym rozwiązaniem w zależności od przeznaczenia tekstu.

agree  skowronek: Wydaje mi się, że tak jest dobrze i też tak to tłumaczę. Moim zdaniem trzeba dodać informację o MwSt, bo wtedy sprawa jest na 100% jasna. Wszak tłumacz "niewatowiec" też może wystawić rachunek, ale jednak nie taki i o tę różnicę, jak sądzę, tu chodzi.

Explanation:
Z niemieckiego punktu widzenia masz rację, Rechnung to Rechnung.
W Polsce rachunek wystawiają niewatowcy, a faktury VAT watowcy.
I to może być różnica, czy rachunek, czy faktura VAT. Np. do odliczeń z tyt. ulgi remontowej można było włączyć tylko zakupy dokumentowane fakturami VAT, a rachunki bez VAT już nie.
Dla niemieckiego odbiorcy to może być jakaś osobliwość, ale ja tego nie opuszczam w tłumaczeniach.
Możesz wybrać dowolną z zaproponowanych wersji. Ja przychylam się również do wersji Rechnung mit ausgewiesener MwSt. lub Rechnung (MWSt. ausgewiesen). Najczęściej jednak piszę tę moją krótką wersję, bo w polskich umowach w jednym małym fragmencie ta faktura VAT może się powtarzać wiele razy, i tak wychodzi szybciej i krócej.

VAT - jest (już) terminem fachowym, w wersji skrótu EN /niestety/;
nie mam problemu z MwSt.- lub z MWST.-
-> za utrzymaniem wersji "VAT" przemawia je jasny przekaz, że są to (jakieś) inne rachunki wystawiane zgodnie z innymi przepisami niż DE.
ustawowo mówi się i tak o "PTU" np. "opodatkowanie podatkiem od towarów i usług w oparciu o art. 14 ustawy o VAT" ;-))))
jakby już ktoś chciał bardzo dokładnie i dłuuuugo. Ale po co?
Szczególnie intereusująco będzie wyglądał np. zapis: "Rechnung Nr. 123/2008 , die Umsatzsteuer (Mehrwertsteuer) enthält"
