"Jedną z metod stosowaną przez organy podatkowe w celu weryfikacji rynkowego charakteru transakcji zawieranych pomiędzy pomiotami powiązanymi jest metoda koszt-plus, badająca poziom marży zysku doliczanego do określonej podstawy kosztowej."
Wiem, że marża zysku to: Gewinnspanne, ale jak tu ładnie rozwinąć "zysku doliczanego do...."? |

Poziom ist eigentlich Pegel, aber das paßt hier meiner Meinzung nach nicht so toll. Vielleicht finden die Kollegen/innen eine noch bessere Lösung.

Das Finanzamt interessiert nicht, auf welche Art der Gewinn entsteht, ob durch einen günstigeren (Einkaufs)preis infolge Marge, oder durch höher angesetzten Verkaufspreis. Deswegen glaube ich nicht, dass man hier einen Fehler machen kann. |

Asker: Nie popełni się tu błędu w takim tłumaczeniu, bo właściwie "doliczanego" odnosi się do "zysku", a nie "marży". Nie jest specjalistką w tej dziedzinie, a nie chciałabym czegoś pomylić.
