Rozliczenie - to wg. slownika: Abrechnung co odpowiadaloby tez praktyce. W tym przyadku chodzi jednak o ksiegowosc, wiec rowniez przetlumaczylabym Rachunek.
Rozrachunek - definicja na wikipedia.pl - ostatnie zdanie:
"W bilansie rozrachunki ujmuje się zarówno w aktywach ( należności długo- i krótkoterminowe), jak i w pasywach (zobowiązania)"
wiec krotko - nie moze byc przetlumaczone jako Verbindlichkeit.
