Propozycja.
Mnie uczono, że przy trzech i więcej podmiotach jest unter, nie zwischen.
Ale tutaj znaczenie "między" jest trochę polityczne, a trochę geograficzne, więc nie mam pewności.

Nie widzę uzasadnienia, żeby pisać "Warschau-Moskau". Być może wynika ono z treści, ale ja bym przetłumaczył dosłownie.
Może germaniści się odezwą?

neutral  Crannmer: Ich habe noch nie von dieser Regel gehört. Wenn es sie gegeben hat, so ist sie ausgestorben ;-) BTW die Konstruktion "Unter P., W. u. M." kann als als Untertanen-Verhältnis und nicht als (eher geografische) Lage mißverstanden werden.
