"a. umowa ubezpieczenia, o której mowa powyżej, przewiduje wypłatę określonych świadczeń w razie zaistnienia zdarzenia ubezpieczeniowego, oraz możliwość wypłaty przez Pracownika części lub całości wartości rachunków jednostek ubezpieczeniowego funduszu kapitałowego, na które dokonywana jest alokacja składki z tytułu umowy ubezpieczenia"
Niestety, dziedzina ubezpieczeniowa jest mi całkiem obca, proszę więc o pomoc.
