Tłumaczę na niemiecki powództwo, gdzie występuje zwrot: "kwoty zasądzone bezpośrednio od członków zarządu". Przetłumaczyłam to następująco: "Beträge, zu deren Begleichung unmittelbar die Vorstandsmitglieder selbst verurteilt worden sind". Chodzi od dług solidarny - Gesamtschuld.
Może można to sformułować krócej, ale w swojej niedługiej praktyce tłumacza przysięgłego jeszcze takiego sformułowania nie spotkałam i nic innego nie przychodzi mi do głowy.
