Entscheiden = in einem Zweifelsfall anordnend bestimmen.
Sąd nie decyduje, że nie ma podstawy do wydania dalszych zarządzeń, lecz _stwierdza_, że podstaw nie ma i decyduje, iż nie wydaje dalszych zarządzeń.
