... takie tłumaczenie też funkcjonuje i moim zdaniem jest to lepsze. Należy zwrócić uwagę na to, że:
1.Spediteur (spedytor) to nie jest przewoźnik, lecz organizator transportu
2. Spediteur działa nie tylko w transporcie drogowym, lecz także morskim, kolejowym itd. - można więc nawet nazwać ... Strassenfrachtführer
A wspomniana organizacja zrzesza firmy będące przewoźnikami w transporcie drogowym.
