uprzejmie informuje, że w skutek błędów zaistniałych w nadesłanym formularzu (niewłaściwa
nazwa oraz adres firmy przyjmującej w Polsce), nie możemy dokonać jego poświadczenia.
Formularz E102 nadesłany nam przez firmę XXX, w celu poświadczenia, został
wystawiony po zakończeniu terminu ważności formularza E101.
W związku z powyższym, oraz z uwagi na fakt przedłużenia się ** prowadzonego
postępowania **, skłonni jesteśmy wyrazić zgodę na utrzymanie stosowania włoskiego
ustawodawstwa w trybie art. 17 Rozporządzenia Rady (EWG) Nr 1408171, o ile nadeślą
Państwo stosowny wniosek w tej sprawie. |
