Polish term or phrase: abbreviazioni mediche OK=, OA=, OP=

Ciao a tutti,

sto facendo la traduzione dal polacco all'italiano di una cartella clinica.
Faccio spesso le traduzioni mediche ma è la prima volta che mi capita di trovare queste abbreviazioni. - OK=, OA=, OP=
La frase è questa:
W badaniu przedmiotowym ograniczenie ruchomości odc.C i L-S, objawy rozciągowe obustronnie (+) P>L, OK=, OA=, OP=, czucie równe.

La frase è chiarissima a parte le sigle OK=, OA=, OP=. Il contesto mi farebbe pensare ai riflessi: O come odruchy, = come simmetrici, ma non sono sicura, inoltre, anche se fosse così, non so di quali riflessi si tratta.
