Wobec dokonania przez Państwa zwrotu kosztów badania lekarskiego w BUR, ZUS otrzymał kwotę pomniejszoną z powodu różnic kursowych w związku z przeliczeniem przez INAIL żądanych kwot do zwrotu z PLN na EUR tj. 168,55 PLN. W świetle przepisów art. 105 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Rady (EWG) nr 574/72 brak jest podstaw do dokonywania przeliczeń na EUR kwot ** okrcślonych do zwrotu ** przez instytucje właściwe państw członkowskich w walutach narodowych. |
