I don't know any

Explanation:
I don't know any hymn or even song like this. The symbol of white eagle is Polish National Emblem but it don't exists in lyrics of our National Anthem. Is it Polish movie or rather American?

I'm born Polish, all the time living in Poland.

Oh, Polanski very good knows Polish patriotic songs and this song must be a real song, for sure. But English lyrics can be far away from Polish original. The one, very popular patriotic song with White Eagle symbol is \"Warszawianka\" (\"Warsaw\'s Song\") with refrain:
\"Hey, to bayonets, everybody who is Polish,
lets live the freedom, lets live the Poland
With this command of virtue stimulation
Blare our horn to enemies!\"
(translation is mine, made at hoc)

This song starts:
\"Today is a day of blood and glory,
hope it will be a resurrection day!
Gazing at the star of Poland,
White Eagle raise his fly to the sky\"

I hope it helps you
