Can anyone clarify the meaning of "apropriada" here? Is it collected or realized? is it booked/recorded?

Explanation:
The meaning is collected but since it is a legal document you can use recovered, secured or appropriated.
What I understand is that since the program has nothing to do with the advertising they are not entitled to any financial return from the advertisements.
