O aspecto mais importante do Simples Nacional (que é uma novidade de 2007) é o fato de ele ser unificado, ou seja, o empresário não precisa recolher um monte de tributos diversos. Daí a minha escolha por "unified", não levando em consideração como os sistemas de outros países são chamados. De simplificado, o Simples não tem muita coisa... Nem o nome!!! |
