Portuguese term or phrase: DDL (dias de data liquida)

I know that many translate this into English as "days after invoice". However, what I need to know is whether/how DDL is in any way different from DSO (days sales outstanding -- a measure of the average number of days that a company takes to collect on its invoices). I've been treatin these as having the same meaning, but now I'm questioning myself. I'd very much appreciate input from colleagues in the field. Tks.
