This comes from a contract to be signed by an accounting firm and their customers. I know that this kind of contract is common for sole proprietors who do not need a certified accountant to sign their accounts, they can use any chartered accountant but I am having problems comining up with a satisfactory term in English.
I thought of "simple book-keeping". Any thoughts?
