Mediamatrix. Even though this question was targeted, I feel that if more context had been provided, the answers could have been more precise. In Portuguese, "inserção publicitária" can be used to refer to both TV and print media, whereas in English, you use "spot" for radio and TV and "insert" for the print media. Unless I'm mistaken.
