Hotelaria estou traduzindo como "hospitality". E feira como "trade show". A minha dúvida diz respeito à melhor opção para gastronomia. "Gastronomy" não me parece idiomático. O que os colegas acham?

Be careful when using the term "hopitality" as it does not mean "hotelaria" ONLY. It also involves the food and restaurant industry. For "hotelaria" I would say "Hotel industry". Anyway, just a tip but it's up to you of course. :=)
