I would like to change the writing on my suggestion. After the 2 remarks questioning the composition of the phase I revised it and got to the conclusion that it should be "reversal of the decision". "decision's reversal" is definitely not correct.

Gilla Evans: the correct word is reversal in this context, it means "the annulment of a judicial decision, usually by an appeal court" Collins. "reversion" is not normally used in this contect. I would however say "reversal of the decision".

coolbrowne: Agree with Gilla Evans. It must be "reversal of the decision". It's not enough to be grammatically acceptable. The entity ("decision") is not agent but patient. It does not reverse (anything) but gets reversed.
