It mentions CTE TH and also OP TH. It would appear to be some kind of bonus or extra payment to these two categories. It comes under the heading "Exercício (2% do VB)", i.e. 2% of the base salary shown. However, I could not find what the letters TH stand for...

Asker: The reference you found is wholly valid Tobias, so it could indeed be 'turbo-hélice' or they have used the English abbreviation TH for transport helicopter so I will put a Translator's footnote - thanks so much for your help!
