Ola. Que verbo devo usar pra "criacao de peixes(- no caso especifico criacao de tilapias para fins comerciais. Estou na duvida quanto aos verbos to raise and to grow (inclusive para aves, porcos e gado.) Trata-se da criacao de peixes em canais de irrigacao para fins comerciais (a tecnologia ja existe e ja esta sendo testada e ja apresenta resultados. Obrigada desde ja.

Explanation:
Eu diria simplesmente assim. É o termo que vejo mais utilizado em locais que praticam este tipo de actividade, como a Escócia (sobretudo salmão). Também se aplica para bivalves, como o mexilhão, por exemplo, nesse caso sendo "shellfish farming".
