Depois de alguma pesquisa e de ter encontrado esse termo inclusive em documentos do BNDES vertidos para o inglês - http://www.bndes.gov.br/english/prolapec_in.asp -, eu concluí que essa é a opção que melhor se encaixa no contexto, apesar de também ter encontrado várias ocorrências com "agriculture and livestock".
