Asker: Yes, to me "cultural value" has nothing to do with seeds, but purity (no weed seed mixed in) certainly does.

Note: germination percent and total viable percent are related figures that in practice are fairly close for most seed varieties. The germination percent is the percent that germinate naturally the first year. If you add the usually small percentage of seeds that are dormant or "hard seed" that require additional conditions to be met and will germinate eventually, but don't germinate within the short span of initial germination testing.
