neutral  Oliver Toogood: To me this implies (in U.K.terms) that they are all mad based on the behavioural standards they display, and should therefore be commited to a mental hospital.!/Certifiable' is an old fashioned synonym for 'sectionable',i.e, 'mad'.Obviously not here !

  -> Now that's a strange interpretation... The subject is sustainability, for which farms can receive certification. You may have a problem with 'farmers' rather than 'farms', but I think it's pretty clear. And 'certified' is not the same as 'certifiable'.
