The client got back to the transcriber, who said the recording was of such poor quality that it was not possible to establish what was actually said. So I gave the client the two alternative suggestions. Sorry I can't award any points. Thanks again!

Claudio, the term roteada could well be what they want to say, but the "via roteada" sounds wierd wheraas via Rotterdam sounds right, for fruit coming into Europe from south america

Unfortunately the client only has the transcriptions and there is no time to contact the original translator. The translations / transcriptions are poor quality, but I have to do my best with what there is. Would a reasonable paraphrase be "a fruit grower who wants to grow products to sell to Europe has to have 4 or 5 certificates"?

The original text has several errors including this term. What about checking with the customer?
