Hi all. I'm actually translating the contract between supplier and manufacturing company from European Portuguese into JAPANESE. However, I just need understand the sentence, which I'm quite much stuck for hours... Deadline is right today (and due to the real bad luck of huge typhoon hitting Japan, I couldn't work with internet for hours yesterday...), and there are too many doubts to finish up. Will you help me, please? This document is confidential, so I take some words and numbers away:

O preço a pagar à Organização de Produtores pelas variedades [Nome] [denomição A], [denomição B] e [denomição C] entregue na fábrica sendo a organização e logística da responsabilidade da empresa transformadora será valorizado de [tal euro por kilo], sujeito a IVA à taxa de [tal %].

The part "sendo a organização e logística da responsabilidade da empresa transformadora" is problematic for me. Without this part, I understood the sense. How can I translate this part in the complete sentence, please?

Asker: It was really helpful to understand, thank you very much. I couldn't understand where "organization and logistics" came from, since those appeared suddenly in the contract. Still, if appeared suddenly, translation should reflect it too ;p Anyway those "organization and logistics" are responsible of the transforming/manufacturing firm...? Wish I wrote correctly... Thank you very much!

I would start this as a new sentence to avoid the syntactic complications of translation "sendo que".
