You're right...I checked now the link you gave me and it WAS different ;p The one I checked was "International Federation of Agricultural Producers" so I'm quite sure it was this one. There were many EC (EU now) regulations and things unfamiliar to me, including "freguesia"s that I've never heard of... I collected a lot of brochers available online! Their materials online helped me a lot. I'm not even a farmer; I cannot know anything about agricultural regulations in EU comunity.
SEASON might work... from all the information I found and the context, I don't think "Campaign" was anyway the right word in JP (EN either, of course). Considering that it's a contract, I should keep it simple, I suppose.

Nekonote, I just read your previous question and you said there that this is an European PT text, so the reference I provided before for IFAP does not make sense in your context. But you can still use what I suggested using that same acronym. I really don't know what it stands for in a PT-PT context. Now regarding "campanha", just from a quick look at your context it seems that it could be a synonym for COLHEITA perhaps ? Maybe SEASON could work in EN...I would have to read more of your text to be sure though. Stay away from the storms over there......take care. I just experienced a little one over in NY a few weeks ago "Hurricane Irene" so I know what it's like.

Escrevi na outra discussão tbem, mas quando aparece "Campanha de 2011-2012" no início do contrato (mesmo debaixo do "título" e acima do Nº de contrato), o que é que quer dizer? Pensei logo que talvez haja alguma "Campaign" a decorrer, mas é esquisito e duvido. Agora que acabei tradução, tou a duvidar mais e será que isto significa simplesmente "Year 2011-2012"? Alguma idéia? Na tradução em japonês "Campaign" não dá...

The "entidades oficiais" is actually IFAP here. I didn't write above because this contract is quite confidential and I dropped all the other "extra" words to make it simple. Translating it into Japanese (because it's actually PT -> JP translation) is now much easier. Thank you very much!!
