I have also found references to "great" precocity. As the article appears to be technical I would keep the word "precocity", which is widely used in the literature

I ended up using very high precocity because I did not find super precocity in articles written by native English speakers, but I suppose it must also exist.

I ended up using very high precocity because I did not find super precocity in articles written by native English speakers, but I suppose it must also exist.
Notes to answerer
Asker: I actually found super-high precocity, but super-precocity only seems to common in texts written by non-English authors. There is also High Yield, which would be high productivity, so I am still in doubt, but precocity seems to be measured in terms of low, medium, high and super-high, so your is not incorrect.
