the element Explanation: At least that is what I think, spec. based on your previous query (which I am still trying to figure out). It seems that this element, that is chosen and retained from among all possible subjects, etc. is, by means of being chosen, etc., is CONFERRED these feelings and emotions, thus becoming *imbuido* of them Am I making any sense at all? |

Explanation attempt (The subject) Explanation: As far as I understand the sentence (which is very complicated indeed...)I would say that the thing which "esta imbuido" is the subject. The element would, as I see it, not be able to have properties such as "feelings" ascribed to it (or could the element refer to an animate being?). I do not know what the discussion refers to in the first place though... My philosophical mind |

he (the subject) is Explanation: When a subject abstracts or selects an element from reality, attributes a specific significance to it and establishes relationships and/or implications with other facts and meanings, he is imbued with feelings and emotions that guide and/or direct these three activities |

the subject Explanation: ... changed my mind!!! What the other two say makes a lot of sense. Also, this being *imbuido* guides and directs the processes of selecting elements, attributing them significance and establishing relations with them, all of which are done by the subject. So it is the subject. QED. Still not making sense, I know, but I think I understand myself |

The subject Explanation: When abstracting or selecting an element from reality, attributing meaning to that element and establishing relationships and/or implications between it and other facts and meanings, the subject is imbued with feeling and emotions which will guide or direct the three activities. |
