Attorney-in-fact, or simply "attorney." The underlying concept is that attorney is given "sufficient powers to deal with the matter at hand" so that, in opinion of the writer, whatever restrictions may be contained in the power of attorney do not prevent him from acting in the case in point. Just agreeing with DSandin, really. If you want to be more explicit and retain the sense of 'bastante' you could use what I've suggested. But 'attorney' covers it adequately.
