scribed stocks Explanation: escritural comes from 'escrever em escritura', o que era feito pelos 'scribes' no Brazil. Still nowadays, we call them 'escreventes'. I now thought of some alternative to that, 'escriturario', and this word seems to be more closely related to 'escritura'... . I am now not so sure anymore, but you will find the term 'scribed stocks' on the Internet easily. I visited "O Porto" and concluded that 'escriturario' and 'escrevente' share at least one sense, therefore I must be right in my choice.
