Despite investigation, I was unable to find anything concrete, particularly for the 'mobiliária'. Apart from a translation and if possible refs, I would like to know if any Pt-Eng glossary of such terms exists online.
|English translation:bond debt, the outstanding bonds issued by a government|
Context would help here. I'm not sure whether the true "jargon" would be "bonded debt" or "securities debt" But that's the meaning...
