A HC está certa, quanto ao inglês. O que me surpreende é o português - nunca se falaria na regra da "cadeia", mas sim "encadeamento", "dos elos", "das dependências contínuas", etc. nunca "cadeia". Esse texto deve ter sido traduzido (mal) do inglês para o português, e agora essa má tradução quer voltar para o inglês.
