Mankind common heritage

MANKIND - as feministas podem fazer objeção a este termo, contudo "humanity" tem uma "nuance" de coisa de caridade, é muito "melado" demais.
GOOD = objetos materiais, "coisas", produtos. Combinado com "humanity" fica mais ambiguo ainda como "bondade da humanidade"...
HERITAGE = herança, ouve-se falar muito em "heritage" no sentido da sua frase. A herança pode ser material, espiritual, cultural, o planeta, etc. que é "propriedade" comum da humanidade que deve ser deixada em "legacy" (legado)para as futuras gerações.
É isso que vejo sempre em textos ambientais. Só que, como disse, muita feminista não gosta do termo "mankind" e usam Mankind and Womankind (meio torcido) - Humanity (é piegas e não usado muito no sentido ambiental). O que fazer? Se quiser usa "humanity"
fica "Humanity common heritage". (Ainda não soa bem aos meus ouvidos).

Todas as sugestões anteriores estão certas. A dificuldade está tradução da idéia jurídica. A tradução de bens para goods é fiel, contudo, não informa claramente a idéia jurídica contida em bens. Em minha opinião o termo rights vai traduzir melhor a idéia de bens comuns à humanidade.
