I'm sorry, a mistake:

"We are looking forward to HAVING"

the simple form of the verb is not considered wrong nowadays, but still, the -ing form is more appropriate

agree  David Drysdale: Yes! I like "submit" over "forward." However, I would keep "complaint" singular, right?

  -> thanks David. I think that might be a UK/US thing. In England we call it a complaints department.
