He's a client and his fiancé is an employee. He's unhappy with the quality and the work conditions she's subjected to. He claims the employees are not even entitled to food vouchers and will tell his friends and clients about it.... Many years working in an office deciphering emails with no punctuation... :)

(além do português deplorável)!!! A frase deve ser assim (sem mudanças, a não ser o ponto: “Eu estou fazendo essa reclamação como cliente que sou. Minha noiva é funcionaria de vcs...” etc.etc.

Yes, and there's no punctuation whatsoever either. I think on the whole it's pretty badly written, just as well it's only just over 300 words! :)
