Portuguese term or phrase: pulverizado

This is from research paper on different businesses. There's a table with the following: "Tipo de Estrutura de Propriedade" with the following options: compartilhado, familiar, estrangeiro, estatal, pulverizado

It's very, very general and non-technical.

I did see this term in Proz already, but the context was slightly different, and I'm looking for the best fit...
