re accredited: no I don\'t think so....accreditation is a process whereby an organization or institution recognizes an individual...THOUGH, institutions can be accredited...as in the US, we talk about the accreditation of universities and colleges...but I have never heard that an entity receives accreditation UNLESS there is some non-profit out there saying, oh yes, these are good guys...but not in a public ie government sense...You are legally recognized as or recognized under the law...that\'s a public function...but the Citizens For Better Energy [I made that up] could provide accreditation of companies...does that make sense? I was warned about using, see what I mean...:)
