This is on a criminal back ground check doc from Brazil. At the bottom, there is a fingerprint card and below the prints there are spaces for someone to sign under the headings "Identificador" and "Pesquisador". Directly under the signature line for both it reads "R.G. E ASSINATURE" ???????????
