Portuguese to English translations [PRO] Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs | | Portuguese term or phrase: SJTC - RS | This appears on a degree certificate from Brazil and it appears in the sentence "cedula de identidade no. XXXX, expedida pelo/a SJTC - RS".
So it is some sort of organisation that issues identity cards. Through my research, I have found "Secretaria da Justica do Trabalho e Cidadania" for SJTC, is this correct? If so, does anyone know how this should be translated? Also, what does the "RS" stand for?
Thank you for your help. |

54 mins confidence: peer agreement (net): +2 Secretariat for Labor Justice and (Advancement of) Citizenship of Rio Grande do Sul State
Explanation: Essa Secretaria foi provavelmente criada nos mesmos moldes da Secretaria da Justiça e da Defesa da Cidadania do Governo de S. Paulo. Não encontrei nenhuma tradução para o inglês, daí a tradução quase literal.
