Portuguese term or phrase: O presente reconhecimento não ressalva qualquer deficiência...
This expression is on a notary public's declaration confirming that the signatures on the attached documents were made by the people holding the cited identity documents:

"O presente reconhecimento não ressalva qualquer deficiência ou inexactidão do conteúdo do documento apresentado."

Is it certifying the documents as having no omissions or errors - or that the confirmation has not corrected any omissions or errors in the documents presented?

Thanks in advance for clarification.

This notariz(s)ation is valid only for the signatures, not for the accuracy of the document
Explanation:
I understand "reconhecimento" here as being the actual signature notarization/notarisation and it's just saying what you said in your second option: that the confirmation has not corrected any omissions or errors in the documents presented
