Again, in a divorce certificate. Since it has already been stated in the document that the proceedings have been concluded and filed, I suppose it only means they have taken place at the 1st Judicature.
Can anyone suggest something more specific than "said proceedings having taken place at the 1st Judicature"?

BTW I would not translate juizo as judicature. A juizo is a court arising from the division of a court of first instance into several courts: "Orgão judicial resultante do desdobramento de um tribunal de 1.ª instância." Ana Prata; Dicionário Jurídico. Although judicature can mean court, that meaning is obscure and archaic. |
