Asker: Antonio, do you believe it is "thermal cycler", or "thermo cycler"? That was my doubt.

agree  Marjolein Snippe: I use these things on a weekly basis and at least in our lab, both terms are used interchangeably (either thermal cycler as two words or thermocycler as one word)
